techKNOWtutors’ Digital Toolbox is a free resource that aims to support organizations and small businesses with accessing and using online tools. Digital Toolbox is open to anyone with a non-profit or small business, with an emphasis on assisting beginners with the basics of moving a business or team online.
We work with individuals and teams to create a customizable plan to enhance their use of virtual resources. We focus on tools for team collaboration, raising awareness, sharing resources, connecting with customers and clients, and much more. Our program is flexible and includes:
- Customizable two-hour sessions
- Mini “Sharpening Your Tools” sessions
- Ongoing support and follow up sessions
- Planning worksheets and guides
- Additional resources
